About Tom
Tom Toparis is a 23 year old motorcycle racer from Goulburn, Australia who has has experience racing around the world.
Tom's love of motorbikes started at the age of three riding a dirt bike on the family farm before starting motocross racing at the age of nine. Early in 2016, at the age of 15, he had his first road bike race and was instantly hooked on his new sport.
In 2019, Tom dominated the Australia Supersport Championship, winning the series with a record 401 from a possible 407 points.
During 2019 he also raced in Europe in the IDM - International German Motorbike Championship with the Dutch-based Benro Racing Team.
In the past 8 years Tom has also gained valuable international racing experience with several wildcard appearances in the World Supersport Championship, British Supersport Championship and also in the Moto3 World Championship.
In 2023, Tom competed in the BSB Quattro Group British Supersport Championship with Macadam Yamaha.
He will be taking on new challenges in 2024 including the Daytona 200 and Australian Superbike series.

2023 – BSB Quattro Group British Supersport Championship. Finished third overall.
2022 – BSB Quattro Group British Supersport Championship – two appearances.
2021 - Awarded Sport Australia Hall of Fame Scholarship.
2021 – Underwent major arm reconstruction surgery over 18 months.
2020 – Australian Supersport Champion.
2019 – Australian Supersport Champion – Record season, winning every one of seven rounds, 15 of the 16 races and amassing 401 points from a possible 407.
2019 - RK Chains Samurai Award, Australian Rider of the Year.
2019 – Competed in the IDM International German Motorcycle Supersport Championship.
2019 - Wildcard in the British Supersport championship at Assen, finished 2nd.
2019 - Australian wildcard in World Supersport Championship at Phillip Island.
2018 - Second overall in the Australia Supersport Championship.
2018 - World Supersport 300 at Misano, Italy for MTM Motoport Kawasaki.
